Prior to any rehabilitation or fitness plan, one of our therapists performs a complete evaluation, talking with you about your condition and goals.

60 minute lesson: $75
60 minute lesson for two: $130

Private lessons are specifically designed to address your needs and to help you maximize the benefits of your exercise routine. I will meet with you to discuss your health goals, any injuries or physical limitations and together we will create a strategy for your personal practice.

Private lessons are a way for you to individualize your learning experience at a pace that is comfortable for you.  They are also helpful when you need to rehabilitate an injury and/or improve on your alignment, breath awareness, or learn modifications after surgery.

We offer private, semi-private and group lessons of six or more.

body restore

gentle body restore 50+ and 70+

This balanced practice primarily focuses on improving the body?s range of motion. Through strengthening and stretching exercises, and mindful breathing, connective tissue becomes stimulated and regenerated ? encouraging the body?s natural ability to heal.  The gentle, restorative focus of this practice greatly benefits cancer survivors suffering from heavy fatigue, pain or inflammation ? as well as those seeking a healing and preventative approach to injury.

(For those 50 years or older, or anyone who would like to experience a gentle restorative class)

50+ Mondays & Fridays, from 10-11 AM

gentle body barre

Improve body extension, flexibility and foot and ankle strength with this fun experience! 

This practice combines centering floor stretches followed by exercises with the support of the ballet barre to provide a wonderful workout targeting core muscles, glutes and thighs. The barre offers stability and balance while deep breathing and stretching take you deeper into each pose with great form.

This class is suitable for beginners and/or for any age or level of experience and you don?t have to be a dancer.

(No mats needed for this class)

These classes are tailored to your physical needs and focuses on conditioning the body gently. You?ll be guided to find new ways to move your body, develop physical strength, flexibility and health. Additionally, this practice will stabilize the deep muscles of the back and keep the spine flexible and healthy. The gentle aspects of this class alleviates stress and tension, so that afterwards you will feel relaxed, rejuvenated and peaceful!

facial restore

Look younger overall! In Facial Restore we exercise the muscles of the face to improve muscle tone and smooth wrinkles for a youthful glow. Facial Restore exercises are integrated into every class.
